No, it didn’t change. If it did, it’s just your computer because you are not on the US version of Yahoo Answers. If you scroll up, you can see the Yahoo Answers’ logo. It should look like this

If not, then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and you can see flags. Pick the United States one. The reason why it switched most likely was because you googled a question and it switched for you.
